change of address questions

my interview is on 12/15/09 and on 12/17/09 we get the keys of our house that we just bought. due to some unavoidable renovations in the house, we will continue to stay in our apartment until 01/15/10.

i have 2 situations and would appreciate your advice:

1) my husband went for his interview yesterday, took the oath and received his naturalization papers. should he apply for his passport right away or wait till mid december > file change of address form > and then apply for his passport. (we filed at the baltimore DO.)

2) my application is complicated as it is with the PCC they requested. is our change of address going to further delay the process? is there anything i can do to make sure communications aren't sent to the wrong address? also would you bring this change of address issue up with the IO at the interview even though the change hasn't yet happened?

thanks!

If you haven't moved yet, then there's no need to notify of change of address until you do so. this goes for both husband applying for passport and yourself waiting for oath.
There can be a delay on oath if you move to another district service area and you notify USCIS before hand.
