Change of address questions

Hello,

I have a couple of quick questions about the AR-11 form. I am currently AOS based on my marriage to a USC.

"I in the country as" Is the answers "Other: AOS"?

Also what do I put down on the port/date of entry question? And also when it expires? I have been in the country for several years on TNs. Should I just put the point of entry when I last came in for a TN?

Now..where do I send these?

the AR-11 goes to KY, the 865 to VT? What should I send to the Boston office? Does anything go to MSC??

Thanks much!

As for present status you put "Applicant to Adjust Status" .
I did change of address2 months ago. From the800..# was told to put the status I first entered, which was expired at that time. However I put the AOS. And was right.

You put the the last port of entry".

You should also send notification to your local office.Check This http://uscis.gov/graphics/services/finding.htm#ChangeofAddress

And send Ar-11 to NBSC(MSC) which is the address on your notice. +++ give them a call several times to make sure they changed it. The USC sponor should also call the number and change it there for I-130

Our change of address was pretty quick. We got NOA for sponsor's change of address form Vermont within 2 weeks. And next month I had my AOS interview , when the officer had my paperwork and said the address was updated. So that didn't mess up anything.
