When my husband and I moved here from Israel (I'm a USC, he's PLR), we used my mother's address as a mailing address, and I also lived with her for a short time until my husband joined me several weeks later. She still lives at that address, and we still occasionally get mail to that address.
I was not aware, nor was dh, that he needed to update addresses. Will this be a problem at the interview? Should he bring it up, or wait if the IO asks about it? All other addresses were listed on the application. We have the original letter that my mother sent to the consulate in Israel when dh applied for his GC stating that he would be using her address for temporary residence and mailing address, and we also have the original form that his GC came attached to (that says nothing about the need to inform USCIS of change of address, but lots of other info.).
I only became aware of the issue after joining this forum, which was after we'd sent in N-400.
Thanks for your help.
