Can you please advise me on the following situation –
1.Last entry (me and my wife) to USA on Jan 13, 2002. Entered my address on the I-94 card.
2.Moved to a new address within a week.
3.Filed for I-485 for me and my wife in April 02 with new address.
4.Fingerprints done on June 5. All receipts came at our new address.
5.Filed for H1B and H4 extension in June with new address. Processing ongoing.
We have received the fingerprint notice and a subsequent notice after giving the fingerprints, from INS, at our new address.
Is it advisable to file for a change of address now?
