Hi Guys,

I did change of address on my 485 application on December 30, 2005.
There is an LUD on 485 on Jan 3 & 4. I did not receive any postal mail
about the adress change. Did u guys receive any information like that.
Do I have to take any care here.

Thanks

I changed my address about 2 weeks ago. I did not even see the LUD. not even the mail? how long it takes to get the LUD? or there may not be one for address change. any comments?

I did it twice and I always call the 800 number to get it changed. I always get the letter from them after two weeks that the address is changed on this case number. Why dont you call them and ask them about the updated address. If they tell you the new one then its done and nothing to worry about otherwise ask them to change it.

Do you get the postal confirmation mail only to your NEW address ?
Or did it come to both old and new (old getting forwarded via the post office maybe ?) ??

Remember you file address change after you move.
Why would they send anything to the address where you no longer live?
To let know the current residents that a great man lived there before?
I thought farmers at Lincoln were the dumbest....

Ha ha -- very funny !!

Have you ever filed a change of address with your post office ?
They send a confirmation to *both* your old and new address as a security measure - you don't want someone else to change your address without your knowledge, would you ?

I asked a logical question - you don't have to drip your answer in sarcasm - you don't prove anything by doing that.
