Change of address of beneficiary

Thanks for the info but I guess the online address change is for people who are already in US. In my case, I am a petitioner and my wife is beneficiary for family based visa category F2A. she is still in India and waiting for the priority date to be current.
I need to change her address in the files.

Please guide.
 
Write to USCIS with a copy of the notice with your case # . Call USCIS and confirm that the address has changed ..
