change of address might affect interview appointment?? Help

Hello,

My case number is 2008EU000072xx: I might have to travel away from Sweden for a while and maybe I have to be away until November 2007. Thus, I am afraid if i change my address, will it affect my interview appointment?? Please help, I have to make a big decision :(
