Change of Address issue?

Hi,

I was on my OPT for a year and now my company has applied for my H1 B visa. I moved once to my friends place from the time I received my opt. But for some reason someone told me that I needed to notify the uscis of the address change only if i have to register with the uscis. As i don't have to register with the USICS i never notified them of my address change.

Now that my H1 B is pending do you think it could make a big difference in the decision process?

No. However you can still print out the change of address form and fill up and send by mail. www.ins.gov
