Looking for direction. My mother's green card has been approved, and she is expecting paperwork for her medical/interview in India. However, she has to change her address because of reconstruction going on in the area. What form do I use to make the change ?. Will a email to the NVC suffice ?.
Please let me know. I know it is not AR-11, as that is for US address change, but what do I know.
