I'm got my I797 last November and still haven't been to India to get my passport stamped for an H1B. I plan to go this November.
I will be changing my address in August (I'll continue to work at the same employer with the same position). Apart from filling out an AR11 is there anything else that I need to do?
Will my employer need to refile for a work permit for me?
Also I have a friend who has the same visa status as mine. But he will be moving to a different city, working for the same company but in a different division. Will his employer need to refile for a work permit?
