change of address and change of employer during H1 revalidation

Hello Gurus,

I am planning to do my H1B revalidation by mail (St. Louis) using my existing employer's H1B visa, but I am anticipating an employment and address change in a month or so.

Is it advisable/appropriate to do so?

Please advise.

-----NOT advisable once yo change your address then send the application for Visa revalidation becasue you have to fill this on DS156 and DS157, by law you should also need to file Form AR11 when you change home address

Is it possible to convert a H1B Visa transfer application filed under regular processing to a premium processing at a later stage/date?

--YES, attach the copy of reciept and send extra fees to USCIS and request premium processing on pending case
