Change of Address After Passport Stamping

I am changing my Address and last month I received the I-485 approval and got my passport stamped. I know that I need to send Form AR-11 to Homeland Security in London,Kentucky. Do I have to send AR-11 to Nebraska Service center too so that when they send the Plastic Card I receive it on right address. Does anybody know the Address and also If I have to call Nebraska Service Center which number do I call for change of Address.
It would be of real help if somebody provides the above information.

I change my address 2 weeks ago and by that time my greencard was mailed. I received it at my new address with the sticker from PostOffice saying "Notify sender for new address... ". It looks like they don't have any restrictions and the Post Office will forward the mail with no problems along the way.
I hope it helps.
 
Thanks Guys. So there is no other ways to contact NSC Center about Address change, can I not call them and do the address Change or send AR11 Form.
