Change of Address after filing 485

What form do I need to file for notifiying INS of a change of address? Where should I mail that to?
ND: 2/2000
RD: 2/2000
FP1: 5/2000
FP2: 1/2002

The form you have mentioned looks like a generic one. Don\'t we have to send it to TSC? Since INS has a lot of software systems not integrated well, don\'t we have to send it to TSC or the Local Office.
Do you think by sending it to Washington DC my records at TSC will be updated?
