I was wondering what it meant when they emailed me saying that they sent" a document that was made after approval or registration of case." they said that for the 485 and the 130 through email. i know that they send an actual card for the 485 but what the heck do they send with an approval of i-130? they also did not let me change the address for the 130 when i called the uscis..they told me i had to contact some national visa center or something.

Your post is incomplete...you are saying that your status online states that they sent a document or a notice of approval? or "after approving your application we sent you a new card" or " after approving your application we sent a notice of approval"?

If your AOS got approved you will received (sometimes) the approval notice of your I-130 as well.

What happened with your change of address? your threat has nothing to do with your first part of your post...

If your I-485 is approved and the only thing you're waiting for is the actual green card, I don't think you can change your address on time. The only thing you can do perhaps is, go to USPS and get your mails forwarded to the new address.
