Change of add - file transfer Delays?

I filed my AR11 in time & rcvd NOA to that effect. On bcis line they informed that this may move file from newark to cherry since i'm now in the other 'district'.
however, they cant confirm status, whether file is moving or even if it has gone from vsc to newark yet.

PD - 2/05/03
FP - 3/11/03

Any advice on whether i should try to stop file transfer from newark - how long of a delay could that cause?

Thanks

Practically , the "address change" makes delay for processing, because they transfer files from one office to another.

BCIS can not speed up the processing time while there is NO address change ; how can we expect from BCIS that "address change " will not affect the processing time.

It is the reality.

Good luck.....
