Change Naturlization Date

My wife has her Naturlization Ceremony on October 15, 2009. She will be leaving the county tomrrow going to Pakistan as her mother is very sick. I wanted to change her date for a later date. I don't know where to send her request the letter they sent does not give an address where to send request its just tells you explain and mail the form to them. On the letter the address in from Missouri now the question is should I send it missouri or the local office where she was interviewed. Any help will be appreciated.

Send to the place where she was interviewed, attach original oath letter and cover sheet with explanation. They will reschedule her oath date.

Thanks, What department should it be to. I checked the website for the address here is the list that I got for different offices:
Office of the Director, Mission Support, Chief Counsel, or Community Relations
Information or Congressional Relations
Office of Adjudications
Fraud Document and National Security (FDNS
Office of Records

I don't know where this would go?
