Change jobs in the middle of NIW

Hi Folks,
I have completed 3 years of J1 waiver and I finish my 5 years of NIW next november. i have another great job opportunity that is also in a HPSA that will allow me to live with my family.
Has anyone out there changed jobs in the middle of their NIW? Is it dangerous to do so? What are the steps required? Is it a lengthy process?
Should I ask for paperwork from my current employer documenting the completion of 4 years before I switch?

Any help or advice will be greatly appreciated.

Hi

I also intending the same.I am on H1, never on J1. applied for NIW through the present job. I am planning to move to a different HPSA area after 1 year. I understand, we have to redo I140 which will amend with the original I 140. Aslo you need documentation from previous employer that you worked for those 3 yrs, Ask Hadron or J1 victim. They are the expers.

however, you might be sending your NIW report to the service center where your I-140/I-485 was filed. That will also be a proof.

J1 victim, Hadrin, I did indeed search the forum before I posted the question but I was unable to find the answer. Please could you post the link.
