Change jobs after I-140 approval

Hi, I have some questions that need answers so please help.
I am working currently on my H1.
My Labor is cleared.
My I-140 is pending
My I-485 is pending.
EAD and AP have been received.

After my I-140 comes thru can I change to a full time opportunity?
Do I need/does the new company need to file an AC21?
Is it safe to do the same without transferring the H1?
If my old company closes after the I-140 is approved, what are the consequences and what would be a safe route to take in this case?

Thanks and please do respond.

You can change jobs and you will be covered under AC21 portability if your I-140 is approved and the I-485 is pending for more than 180 days. The new employer can transfer your H-1 or you can work using EAD. As a consequence I would like to state that, if the current employer revokes the I-140 (at a later stage) an RFE will be generated and you have to respond with the new employer's letter that certifies the you are working in a similar job.
