Change Job Question

I-485 RD: 03/18/02
EAD: approved 2002 then Renewed till 05/22/2003
Prepare to renew again
AP: approved 2002, renewed 2003 - travelled many times with no problem.

Need to change job. Is it a good time to dod that while EAD is being renewd , or shall I wait for the EAD renewal (if I can)

Can the the previous employer revoke the I-140, and if so, what are the consequencies? do I need another I-140 from the new employer, will it affect the I-485 that is being processed?

------ if you have valid EAD you can change job you need valid EAD in hand or H1 status to work

--- if the I-140 is approved and I-485 pending more than 180 days USCIS is not going to revoke the I-140 if you find same/similar job and use AC21. employer can send letter to revoke I-140 any time but if I-140 is approved they are not going to revoke it if I-485 crossed 180 days
do I need another I-140 from the new employer, will it affect the I-485 that is being processed?
