change job before I485 pending 180 days

If I change job after filing I485 but before it's pending for 180 days is my I485 petition portable?
or it's possible with some constraints such as the original sponsor won't revoke my I140?
or it's possible but need some amendment?
or it's impossible. I have to start from the very beginning, new LC, I140 and 485?

---------------AC21 portability is after I-485 pending more than 180 days, if the past employer dont revoke I-140 then you can invoke AC21 after I-485 pending more than 180 days. If I-140 is Revoked before I-485 pending hits 180 days then problems.

Basically it all boils down to proving that the processing of the I-485 would take more than 180 days anyways. If your country green quota and your priority is so backlogged as to guarantee this, then you can invoke AC21 even immediately after filing the I-485 (you can also cite adverse condition at work like pending workforce reduction etc... that forces you to seek employment elsewhere).
