Change job before Card, it's been 1.5years

I have been waiting for my phsycaal card for 11/2 years. i got stamped on passprt 2 times. I went to localoffice with infopass, they just said they are still processing on my card, and it doesn't effect my status.
I know 11/2 years after approval with changing may be Ok.
But is it Ok to change job before actual card?

Changing job now should not be a problem.

BTW, Did you file I-90 for your physical card not receiving problem?
