change job after 485 pending 180 days question

I am planning to change my job to live with my family. My 485 has been pending for 1 year and half. Here is my question.

I don't remember what was the job description on my LC when the current employer applied green card for me. And there is a big chance (50% or so) that the new employer's job description will be quite different. Since I didn't keep a record of my LC, I don't think the new employer will be able to modify the job duty to make it fit. Is this potentially a big risk? My PD is in 2006, and have been waiting for green card for a while. So if the risk is too big, I think I will rather stay till I get it.

Don’t you know what your job duties on LC ? Don’t you remember your job title on LC or I-140? dont inform employer that you are going to change job and try to get copy of LC from lawyer who filed LC and I-140. your employer HR may be be having the copy.
