Change in Pay in 485?Any RFE??

Hi,
My i485 is being processed. My LC Salary is 64K. As Job Market is dull & Bill rate is not so high, I am getting 45k. I am working for Consulting company who sponsers my GC.

If i get any RFE at the time 485 Approval regarding my
Pay stub, Will it be any question of change in salary. When Query happens so, How can i response to that Query.

you will be in trouble then unless your employers gives that in writing that after your GC is approved they will pay you the amount approved on LCA.

My Company will do so in writing. But Will INS still expect
Actual amount on the LC. Can they agree with 45K.

GC is for future employment As long as compny can say and satisfy that you will be paid 64k after you get GC it will be okie. IT is possible also once u get GC INS may monitor u if you are getting paid that amount. Some times back there was case on this portal when INS send a deniel letter after approval cause he was getting paid less. How much truth that is i am not aware. But For RFE you will have to satisfy the ins officer that you will be paid according to your LCA after your GC. Check up with some good lawyer.
 
What happens if your LC pay is 45k and what you are getting is 80k. Will there be any problem during I-485 approval ?

Thanks for your response. If i join new company after 180days of 485 where if i get LC mentioned salary(64k) won't create problem according to RFE. but Will INS still look into Pay of the Previous company who sponsered GC.
