LUD got change on I-140(EB1-EA) after 16months, it change yesterday and today and also Last week I got FP notice. Anybody got their apporval (I-140)after going thru same or similar pattern.
I have been waiting for over 2 YEARS for I-140 (RD - 3rd Oct 2002)...on EB1-EA....
Received FP1 right away in Nov 2002 for I-485 (filed concurrently) but then heard nothing for months...
Have worked through 3 EAC applications (on my third now - expires next summer)....just went for FP2 for I-485 last week...still no update on I-140 yet or LUD on 485...
i have retained 2 attorneys outside of employment-paid attorney and all say that 485/140 should be approved shortly (between 30-75 days)..
