change in LCA

My Graduation degree is Bachelor of Architecture. I moved into IT by doing some courses and came to the US on H1B visa as 'Programmer Analyst' in IT field. The job title in my LCA is 'Programmer Analyst'. Recently I have finished my project. In current situation I am not able to find a project.

I was working as an Architect before moving into IT. I have also done a diploma course in Computer Aided Design in AutoCAD and Autolisp. I am trying to get a project in Architecture field.

If I get a project in Architecture field ( it could be construction management using Microsoft Project or Architectural planning using Autocad) :

1.Do my employer needs to change my LCA? Will there be any problem in getting the LCA approved?
2.Will this have any effect on my I-140?( My I-140 is approved and job title is 'Senior Programmer' )
