Our company people used one LCA code 3 years back when they first applied for H1. Now it is time for renewal. They were not able to locate the info source for that code on the net at various sites. Now they want to use a different code for which info was located.
How this will be viewed by INS? There is no change in the job tittle or description. I am in the same job now as I was 3 yrs back.
Any suggestions on where to look for correct LCA codes and other info on this will be helpful.
