Hi friends,
My last updated date on mY 485 receipt showed 01/20/2005 till yesterday and today it is showing 09/08/2005. where is this going to lead , any soon approval for my GC

Although anything is possible a 485 LUD change is usually a good thing. The only problem I forsee with your case is that your PD is in Jan 2003. If you are from India, China or Mexico then depending on when the cutoff date is set your case might or might not be eligible for approval in October. Hope for the best though.

What USCIS was trying to say is that the LUD change might have occured because the officer accessed your files and deterrmined that 2nd FPs are required. This may or may not be the case. Look out for a notice in the next few weeks. If it is indeed a second FP request then you will get a letter with an appointment date. Do not worry to much about this LUD change. Just stay on top of the online status, emails and mail that USCIS may send you.
