I recently moved to newaddress and wondering to know while filling AR11, Should both myself anf myspouse should apply in seperate AR11 forms or only I should apply???

My spouse applied I145 based upon my I-145 Application>?

Please advice !

Thanks

I think so. Because I also filled two separate AR-11(Change of address) as per my Lawyer's instructions.

Thanks.

Thanks But wondering...What I should write for my Spouse application....I WORK FOR (EMPLOYEERS NAME)

My wife is working on EAD for another employeer and I am with the same employeer with sponsered us...

In this case...what should my spouse should write..Will it should be my employeer who applied her I-485 or the employeer she works????

Her Employer

Your Employer did not sponsor her I-485 - you did. Unlike the LC and the I-140 that are the employer's applications, the 485 is your application and she is the derivative.

HTH

Good Luck

Ususal disclsoures - I am not an attorney etc.

Let me make it clear...So my spouse can include her Employeer name in her AR-11 application right.?, and under AR 11 form

"If not a Permanent Resident,My STAY in the US Expires ON: Date)

What should we right here???

My company's lawyer suggested to me just to put "N/A" here.

BCIS must receive them by truckloads, so I highly doubt they do anything meaningful with that dull AR-11s.
