I would like to know if there are any issues if I change job after 180 days of filing I-485. I already got my EAD and AP. However I am still using my H-1 to work with my current employer.
-Has anybody changed jobs after 180 days and not have any problems while stamping passport at the time of 485 approval?
-Does INS ask for proof of employment at time of stamping passport? What if I show them employment letter of my new employer?
-Do I need to inform INS if I change jobs?
Also, has anyone notified a change of address to INS while 485 is pending?
If, so what is the procedure and are there any problems in shifting residence during this time?
