Change Employer

HI:
I got my EAD 7 months back and I-140 & I-485 are not yet approved. Also I didn't get the finger printing. At this time, can I change the employer as 180 days are passed? Or should I wait for I-140 approval for employer change?

Wait for 140 approval. Check AC21 forum for more info.
