Change Employer, Urgent!

I-140:
EB12 (Employer peition, OR) filed in July, 2002
EB11 (SELF PETITION, EA) filed in September, 2002

I-485:
Cocurrent filing with I-140 EB12 in September, 2002

Travel, and work documents received in October, 2002
Finger print done in October, 2002

I received a much better offer from another employer with over 20K difference in salary,

I am hesistating to make the final decision because of the concern:

Will my EB12 be revoked?
How can I connect my I-485 with my EB11 (self petition)?
How soon can I get EB11 filed in July, 2002 be approved--I can delay the starting date of the new job until the coming September?
Do I need to apply a new H-1B in order to work for this employer?

Any information highly appreciated!
