CHANGE EMPLOYER I140 and I485 parallel processing

Hallo
When can we change employer if we file for 140 and 485 parallelly, i was told in this case after 6 months ie 180 days after clearing 140.
Basically it use to be after filing 485, we can change ..
Please update me and correct me on this,

There are no regulations yet on this. Logically it should be 6 months from 485 RD if the 140 approval comes before 485 RD. If the 140 approval comes after 6 months, anytime after 140 approval, your employer change should be allowed per AC21.
