Change employer after I-485 approval notice

Hi all;

Did any body had a experience of changing employer 2 months after I-485 approval?

As I understand, you have to stay for the sponsoring company for at least 6 months minimum due to citizenship processing after 4 years. But this opportunity is a must. I have to get it.

What are the consequences on this situation?
