change employer after approval of I-485

I heard that you have to stay with your sponsoring company for at least 6 months after approval of I-485 to avoid further complication, could somebody shed some light on this? Thanks!
 
I have asked this question in the past. As far as I can tell, if you are going to later pursue citizenship (which I am not), it is recommended that you stay with your company for 6 months. Other people have different opinions on the length of stay etc. I do not believe there is a firm rule.

Just curious!, how is staying with the same employer related to citizenship?

In case this is a problem and during citizenship this may come up as an issue will they snatch back the green card which has been issued 5 year back??? I just wanted to know what is the worst case scenario.
