Change CP to AOS

I didn\'t expect that my I-140 was approved for CP. Is there any problem if I am going to file I-485 for AOS. Thanks.

Hi,

There should be no problem at all. Just file the I-485 application to the respective Service Center and it AUTOMATICALLY voids the cp option.
