Change --- But Nervous

Ok guys I got this e-mail today (some change, finally)

"On August 24, 2004, we responded to your request for more information concerning your case. If you have not received our response within 30 days from this date, please call customer service at 1-800-375-5283."

Even though I have been waiting for some change I am really nervous. Any thoughts on what this is??? I still have no FP.

had you called few days ago at the 800 number asking abt your case.

apparently then they looked your case and the status change is reflecting that.

Now what they have done after looking at your case needs to be seen.
Either you will get the useless letter CIS via snail mail abt you requesting information etc
or the idiots will realize its high time for them to neglect your case.

I did call Thu

I called last Thursday and got a really nice lady that told me she was going to see what she could do. We'll see, I had a change of address, switched jobs before the 180 days, etc, etc....

Did you ask the lady about FP since your ND is before TSC's Mar 15 date?

I did ask her but last THursday the date on the USCIS page had not change yet and she told me there was nothing she could do about that but that she was going to que my application or something like that and that would create some movement.
 
I got the same message on my I-140 case as you and I am pretty confident it was because my lawyer made an inquiry.
So wait for the letter in the mail.
