Change Attorney I-140/485 is pending

Hi,

I will really appreciate if any one answer for my this question, my attorney has stopped immigration work due to start new business and I have to find another attorney. Please help me , is there any risk if I change my attorney while my I140/485 is pending. I am sure, someone has definitely faced this type of problem.

Do you find your answer of change attorney

Dear Dev72,

I am in the same boat as you are, because my attorney just leaves her old law firm, Is it good to switch to new law firm with my old attorney, or stay in the old law firm to change to another lawyer.

guys if u r with same employer since time u filed ur lc then its
ur employers problem to find new attorney.

else u find a new attorney and inform USCIS
