Chances of RFE approval?? Anyone with the similar situations

I got an RFE on my education eval (lawyer didnt submit while applying I-140) and company's financial situation; the lawyer replied to the RFE with my education evaluation (from Trustforte) and company's annual reports and my latest salary stubs.

I have some doubts on my edu eval, mine is a labor substitution the ETA 750 says the following:

Column 14: Bachelor of Science or foreign equiv.
Major Field of study: Computer Science, Engineering, Computer Engineering or Information Systems.

My education eval says my degree is "BACHELOR OF SCIENCE DEGREE IN ELECTRONIC ENGINEERING"

The RFE for education asked "Submit evidence to establish that the beneficiary possessed te required Bachelor of Science Degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Information System as the date of filing"

Have anyone faced such a situation? Does my education eval should be sufficient to overcome this RFE? Has anyone's I-140 RFE approved with such a situation?

Any response is appreciated! Mine is a labor subsititution and my LUD changed today (five days after receiving the response for RFE).

From what i have read on various Post , i think your Case will have no more Problems.

You would be receiving the good news very soon.

BTW, where did you get your Credentials evaluated? How much time did it take??

I got it evaluated from www.trustforte.com, I think it costed me close to $150, they have various services the slowest one will cost cheaper than this, call them they will give you the details,

The lawyer responded to the RFE on the 23rd August and the online message changed on 26th saying that they received the appln on 25th. The LUD changed yesterday and today..... samething happened before they issued RFE... so I am kind of scared whether it is going to be a RFE or Approval or something else this time....
 
If it is any consolation or help response to my RFE was rcvd on 12th August and the LUD changed everyday till the 17th and since then there has been a mysterious silence. I think my lawyer has asked for reclassification to EB3. Incidentally get ready your FP notice maybe coming any time. I just got mine for 11th sep.

FP notice? Hey what was your RD? Did your LUD change for I-485?

My ND is 09/22/03.

I think my RFE was issued on 06/16. Response to RFE was on 08/12. Yet to rcv spouse FP notice. By the way LUD on 485 has not changed neither has message. I had a EAD renewal done. I dont know if that triggered the FP.
