Chances of I140 approval

Hi,
I am using I140 substitution. but my Attorney says that there are high chances of denial.
Because Labouse was BS in computer science with 1 year experience.
Mine is BS mechanical with 7 years of experience.

What are my chances of approval I140. Is there any one filed like this and got approved I140. This I am filing in chicago center.

"Substituition of Alien" cases go under very tight scrutiny because of big fraud unearthed recently.

If the LC specifically says Computer Sci with 1 year exp, you will not qulaify. If it says Computer Science or Engineering degree you may qualify to use the LC substitution.

(If you are spending /buying by your own money be cautious, case may be denied)

If you are not paying try it , though you may not qualify.
