Chances of getting TN without degree certificate

Hi,

I am a Canadian living in Canada. have a confirmed job offer from a US employer and my start date is mid of Jan 2022.

I am in the final semester of my bachelors degree. However, I won’t be able to get my official degree certificate for a couple of months.

Is it possible yo get a TN visa with official university transcripts and a letter from my university mentioning that I have completed all degree requirements?

Anyone who successfully done this in the past ?

The actual certificate, while preferred, is not always readily available (framed, lost, etc). The transcript clearly stating "degree conferred" would be acceptable. Not sure the letter you speak of would work.
