Chances of EAD and AP approval?? I-485 application by 30th

Hi All,

My application for I-485 is received by NSC today. I know there is a lot of anxiety about retrogression which will be kicked in from 1st Oct. Though I have I-140 approved (EB-2/NIW), I am little bit worried for my wife. She is on pending H-4 status. I applied for EAD and AP for her with I-485 application (both)

I don't know what they will do (NSC)? What you folks think? EAD and AP will be approved or have to wait unitill dates become current.

I-140 received date: 03/06/2005
PD : 03/05/2004
I-140 approved on 22nd August, 2005
I-485, received date 29th September 2005
EAD??
AP??
 
If your 485/EAD/AP fillings reach on or before 9/30/05, you won't have any problem for EAD and AP.

I filled 485/EAD/AP for family ND 9/14/05
Approve EAD/AP on 9/26/05
Recieved EAD card on 9/28/05
