Chances of being called in for interview (I-751 Waiver - divorced)

Hello,

I have a 2-year GC based on my marriage. I got divorced in last november, because my wife cheated on me (repeatedly) and had a baby. But it's kinda irrelevant here. I filed for ROC, attached and affidavit from my ex-wife stating that we entered a faithful marriage and that she was the "bad guy" in our marraige, plus my attorney had me write a letter to describing our marriage and how it went wrong. I did my biometrics on 1/17/2013.
I'm just wondering what my chances are to get called in for an interview. We submitted a lot of evidence showing that we were really together during our marraige. (Tax returns, checking/savings account, insurance policies, so on so forth..).
Not sure if it's relevant, but during our legal seperation I moved to a different state to start a new life.
I'm just looking for some input if somebody has similar experiences with ROC while being divorced and what the odds are that you'll get called in for an interview or just get rejected right off the bat.
Thank you for your answers!

HIGH, VERY HIGH. Good luck, you will need it. That affidavit from your wife is never a good move. Even in adulterous marriages, the guilty party almost NEVER accepts being an adulterer in the court documents. Humans do not normally willingly cast themselves in a bad light, PARTICULARLY to help an ex.

I expect USCIS to SODOMIZE you without lubrication. Prepare for a Stokes type interview.

Thanks for your response. My wife feels really bad now, of what happened and it was my attorneys advice (more like demand) to have her write an affidavit of what happened and how she effd it up. But if I get called in, I'll just let them know what happened, there's nothing really more I can do. Stokes type or not, I can kinda recall the events and dates and of course of what she did and what I did after that. So that's it... Thanks! :)

Hi spike13, it's been a year since you shared your story and I hope you get the email that somebody answered to your thread. I'm in the same situation as you, and just would like to know what happened at the end with your case, how it was? I'd really appreciate any information or experience you can share about your how your case ended. Million thanks.
