my 6th year expired on Nov 1st, 2004
Labor filed from the same company on Oct 3rd, 2003
7th year Extension applied on Sept 17th, 2004

As of today (Jan 24th, 2005), I did not receive an approval for my H-1. After reading a few posts on this forum, I am afraid my 7th year extension could be denied based on the reason that we applied 2 weeks too soon. Did any one else face this situation? What are the chances of denial in this case?
Is there anything I can do now to protect myself from becoming out-of-status if the application is denied?

Thanks in advance

H-1 visa 7th extension approved!

Just wanted to let you guys know that my H-1 was approved without a problem!!
However, I do recommend that you not apply for the extension unless your labor application is pending for more than 365 days...

good luck everyone!
