Hello everyone, I\'d like get your opinion regarding the possibility of being interviewed.
I filed my 485 application in Dec. 2001 based on National Interest Waiver (self-petition through lawyer). At the time of application, I had a permanent job in the intended field, and I still maintain that position. Also, I live in New York.
My question is whether 485 application based on NIW has a higher probability of getting interview notice compared to regular employment-based 485. Is it quite likely that I will be interviewed?
Please share any opinion you have. Thanks a lot.
