RFE issued 10/21/02
RFE received 10/25/02 (Pay stubs and Employment letter)
RFE sent to lawer 10/26/02(pay stubs)
10/31/02(Employment Letter)
RFE Awnsered 11/11/02 (Lawer mailed to INS)

RFE Answer received by INS 11/13/02

AD 11/18/02. (Thanks to the Officer for a Quick responce).

My wife's case is still not approved.

my i 140 rd is june 25. one of the attorneys that i talked to is saying they are going to approve 140 and 485 together if they have been filed concurrently.
any comments?
