Chage of address. Please help!!!

Our 485 is pending more than 180 days and 140 is approved. Recently we received a letter from muncipality saying that our current address is changed (Please note that we did not relocate physically).

We would like to file AR-11 and also change addresses of 140/485/AP/EAD with Service Center. I have the following questions in this regard.

1. Does our 485 file will move to district office? if yes. why?

2. We usually file 485 with one of service centers, why would district offices are processing 485?

3. Could you please someone provide any letter format that we can FAX to Serveice Center for address change of 140/485/EAD/AP

4. Please provide FAX number?

----------- Change of address on pending petitions does not triger the file trasfer to local office
2. We usually file 485 with one of service centers, why would district offices are processing 485?
--------------USCIS has criteria to transfer file to local office, sometime they give work to local office, NIW or EB1 are normally treasured to local office
3. Could you please someone provide any letter format that we can FAX to Serveice Center for address change of 140/485/EAD/AP
