CGI Houston holding on to Passports?

Hello all:

From those with recent experience, how long it takes CGI Houston to return passports (by mail) after U-Visa stamping?

My passports were delivered on to the consulate by FedEx on the 15th of November ...the anxious/hopeful wait for the mail man continues....

Houston holding on the passports?

My passports were delivered on November 9th, 2006. Still didn't receive them. Four weeks wait is Bad.

Is there a way to contact the consultate by phone?

Please post if you get them and I will do the same.
 
I received my passports back along with OCI booklet on 12/6/2006.

Houston took four weeks to process.
