Certified Marriage License!!

thanks buddee...hopefully ;)...well i ll tell u a story here...a friend had his interview last monday and he was approved even though he forgot his passport...can u believe that!! the INS officer gave him a letter saying that his status adjustment has been approved and he congratulated him and told him to expect his GC in 3 weeks!!...and for me the INS officer asked me to bring the missing document and she will make a decision in 3 weeks. that s all...it depends on ur luck and who s interviewing you i guess lol :D

Certified would be one that is from the County clerk/ registrars office . it is the Official notorized marriage document with the state seal .

I am glad to hear you rprocess went well, They ask for different proof depending on the particular case,

hi guys,
im still waiting for my approval letter or and decision of any kind :((( it s been 24 days since my interview and i havent heard from them yet!!! any help and advice please?
 
I would schedule Info Pass after 30 days, Go in there and raise bloody hell, tell them you are sick of them mucking about with your case and want answers NOW! :mad:

Actually maybe don't come on so strong just kindly ask them what if naything can be done to expidite the process and why is it taking so long, also ask if they can stamp your passport so you can travel.

then if they refuse to cooperate stick your foot up their arse! :eek:
