I have been reading that some people like in my case have had their cases transferred from one service center to another without any logical reason, i.e change of job, address to a different state etc.... and I was wondering, if there is certain nationalities been targeted ? The reason I was given " to speed process " doesn't make sense since VSC processed dates after my RD and it's clear the TSC has the worst system and track record of all the service centers ???
