We applied but they refused me. I am attaching a file. I am asking for the N-600 form. Because it come in before I turned 18. I don't know what to do now. Did we miss the deadline?Can I advise. How to proceed now?

Did your parents have joint custody? Or your Non USC mother have full Custody? It makes a Difference that's why I ask.
